The Mental Health Association of Frederick County (MHA) is seeking a Case Supervisor for our Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program. The Case Supervisor position is responsible for managing, screening and training of new volunteers; matching available volunteers to case assignments referred by the court; and directly overseeing volunteer work. This is a part time, 20 hour per week position . Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years relevant work experience. Supervisory experience is preferred. Candidates must possess superior communication skills, have the ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality. EOE.
